- Items without a receipt can be exchanged for the same item or refunded as store credit, typically at the lowest price offered during the last 60 days.

- Gift cards, prepaid cards, and phone cards are non-returnable unless required by law.
- At-home COVID-19 test kits, HIV test kits and specific healthcare or personal care items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
